  1. Could I add more (top-level) domains to my account?

One domain is included in your plan when you register. If you want to add another domain, you can do so afterwards for no additional costs! YES, You can host Unlimited Websites and Domains for every shared package (except "SuperLite")!

Yes, CRON is available with all hosting plans.

  1. I need software which you don't currently have available! Can you help me?

In most cases, we usually can install it for you. We want you to be happy with us, so we will go beyond the call of duty to accommodate your needs.

  1. Do you offer a Dedicated IP addresses if I need one?

Yes we can. Normally, we used a shared IP for everyone's account, but if you need a dedicated IP address we can furnish one for you at only $2/mo additional.

  1. Would my database data contribute to my actual webspace usage?

Yes. All data you use on this server is included in your webspace usage.

  1. What billing methods do you employ: monthly or yearly?

All shared hosting accounts and dedicated servers are charged month to month. If you decide you wish to buy yearly, we offer 10% discount on shared hosting plans.

  1. Any long-term contracts required?

No long term contracts are required for shared plans. All plans go month to month.

  1. What if I decide to upgrade/downgrade my hosting plan AFTER registering...are there any penalty or fees?

No. It is easy to change your hosting package. Just notify us and we will gladly upgrade/downgrade your hosting plan without charging any additional fees (except for the increase in price associated with upgrading a plan).

  1. Can I get a discount on your hosting fees by paying yearly?

Yes, if you elect to pay yearly instead of monthly you will receive 10% off.

  1. Can I register and pay with PayPal instead of credit card?

Yes, you can! You can send payment to us from paypal. Sent to: billing AT performancehosting.net and include all the information we require from the order form online. We will setup your account for you.

  1. Is telephone support available?

Yes, we do provide 24/7 toll-free telephone support for our customers. This is provided to you when you register.

  1. How many accounts (Maximum users) do you have on a server?

We don't overload our servers! Many hosts do, and this provides poor performance. We have a low strict 120 user limit per shared hosting server, and average 1.00-2.00 load averages!
