    1. Payment Methods

    2. Payment options include Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), money order, cashier's check or.....

PayPal or Western Union (if using paypal send payment to: billing_AT_performancehosting.net [remove "_AT_" and replace with @ symbol] and make note of your account username with us)

NOTE: cashier checks, and money orders must be in U.S. dollars from United States banks! If this is not possible, we suggest using PayPal or Western Union.

you can send payments by mail to our CORPORATE offices. our address is here.

For Western Union payments, you will just need to go to your local Western Union Agent (you can find the nearest agent to your location from the Western Union website), and then provide us with the proper tracking number so we can pick up the funds locally.

    3. Network Traffic/Bandwidth Usage Excess

    4. Most network traffic to and from your site is logged to your account. This includes FTP puts and retrievals, all Web accesses to your site and email traffic to and from all of your email addresses.

If you exceed your network traffic quota (according to your plan), you will first be warned, and then automatically be charged $1.00/block of 100MB overage. If you are getting close to your limit, you are encouraged to upgrade your plan.

    5. Restoration/Reactivation of Suspended/Closed Accounts

    6. If your account is currently suspended because of incorrect or outdated credit card information, you can reactivate it yourself using our online Administration panel.

Once your account has been placed on suspension for billing issues, we usually keep your complete website on our server for a period of 60 days. Afterwards, we completely remove it from our server. If you choose to reactivate your account anytime within the 60 days, you usually will have complete restoration of your website without any problems.

To get your site reactivated, we first need full payment made for all past-due monies/dues. You can make payments by any of the methods listed above (question #1).

    7. Account renewal/Recurring billing cycle

    8. Unless otherwise stated, all accounts are on recurring MONTHLY billing cycles and are automatically renewed/billed each month when your billing period expires.

Accounts are terminated immediately upon receiving your cancellation request (see question #5).

    9. Cancelling Your Account

    10. Cancellation requests can be made at any time, and are made directly to us in writing by email (billingATperformancehosting.net [remove "AT" and replace with @ symbol]).

Partial or pro-rated refunds will not be disbursed.

If you are still in your 30-day money-back guarantee period, please make sure you review our refund policy (as stated in our User Agreement, #11) to get a refund.
